Agency OS provides a software platform including an AI-powered mockup generator, lead finder, training vault, and related tools intended to help users build and operate a web design services business.

All platform content, branding, training materials, and software are owned by Agency OS LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create using the tools. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
To ensure fair access for all members, the Service enforces daily usage limits on AI-powered features. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary suspension or account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

This Privacy Policy describes how Agency OS LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Agency OS.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted unless required by law.

In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose that Agency OS operates an affiliate referral program. Some people who promote Agency OS receive compensation for referrals.
Approved affiliates receive a commission when someone they refer becomes a paying Agency OS customer. Commissions are paid as a percentage of recurring subscription revenue for as long as the referred customer remains active.
If you found Agency OS through a blog post, YouTube video, podcast, or social media recommendation, the person who created that content may receive compensation if you purchase. This does not affect the price you pay — your subscription cost is the same regardless of how you found us.
We only approve affiliates who genuinely believe in the product. We do not pay for fake reviews, misleading claims, or fabricated testimonials. All affiliate promotions are required to include clear disclosure that compensation may be received.
