All platform content, branding, training materials, and software are owned by Agency OS LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create using the tools. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
To ensure fair access for all members, the Service enforces daily usage limits on AI-powered features. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary suspension or account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
